Shipping Regions**
1）We currently only ship to mainland Europe.
2) As we ship Crafuel products via FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT or other similar carriers, we DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes.
Import Duties and Taxes
In most cases, you will receive the items or orders after you make final payment on www.crafuel.eu. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any import duties, taxes and charges that are incurred due to international shipping (except for shipments from the above-mentioned warehouses to a domestic or single market). The customer is also responsible for ensuring that they comply with all local/state/federal regulations regarding the importation and use of lithium batteries.
Shipping Changes
Any changes you make to shipping after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing your address, placing an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences, may delay receipt of products as well as product replacement and/or refunds. If you would like to change the color or size of your products, you must do so before your order ships.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other package service.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are trying to return. For more information about our Limited Warranty and the claims process, please see our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of these Terms.
For any third party shipments outside of Crafuel's normal shipping process, Crafuel cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.
Paypal shipping address
If your payment is processed by PayPal, please note that we only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before paying, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you want us to ship your order to. If in some cases we cannot ship to certain countries or regions, we will also notify you by email after your purchase.
