Important Tips

Please keep your original box and packing materials for at least 14 days after delivery for possible returns. You will be charged a fee of up to $90 if you request Crafuel to send a packing box to accommodate any returns.

Return Policy

1)Offers

  • Returns are not permitted after fourteen (14) days from date of delivery.
  • If the Product is not defective or damaged, you must contact Crafuel within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product to be eligible for a return. The Product must be free from wear, dirt, dust, perfume or any other sign of use, must be in the same packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, and must include all the contents of the box (charger, hardware, etc.).
  • You must receive pre-authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Crafuel. Any warranty issues must be resolved before proceeding with the return.
  • Customer pays return shipping and original delivery.

2) Pre-order cancellations/delivery delays

  • Our backorder process is for portable power stations that were previously available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and late deliveries, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delays in collecting payment, regardless of when the item is supposed to be dispatched.
  • Products purchased that have not yet been shipped will be subject to a 10% handling fee or a minimum of €30.

3)Accessory/spare parts orders

  • Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty will be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear, dirt, dust, scent or other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you have received it.
  • Subject to 25% restocking fee (this is deducted from refund);
  • Customer pays shipping cost both ways (initial shipping cost is deducted from refund).

4) Used items

  • No returns, except in extreme cases of breakage/faulty operation (confirmed by Crafuel).

5) Refunds

  • For all returns ordered with a discount code, the total value of the discount code will be deducted from the amount of the refund, whether for one or more products.
  • The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the product(s).

6) Damaged Items

If the product arrived damaged, please send photos or videos to customer service immediately (any delay in reporting damaged products more than 3 days after delivery may increase the carriers' rejection rate). Once confirmed by Crafuel, we will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the returns procedures below.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card, Affirm or PayPal account for the amount charged for the damaged product (if your credit card, Affirm or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the damaged Product.

 

Return Procedures

All returns must be made within 14 days of the product delivery date.

  1. Before a return can be sent, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Crafuel. If a customer returns an item without Crafuel's written consent, no refund will be issued and the customer must pay the shipping costs to return the item or give up the item.

  2. If your return has been approved by us, please contact us at Customer Service for the corresponding return shipping address.

  3. Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping, including any shipping damage and lost shipments.

  • Please send us pictures and documentation of the condition of the Portable Power Stations and packaging before returning any items.
  • We recommend that you take out sufficient insurance for any return shipment against loss or damage.
  • If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item within the time frame confirmed by the carrier.
