Payment policy

Payment

PayPal and credit card are our preferred payment methods on www.Crafuel.eu. You can also use alternative payment methods - bank transfer or convenience store payment. If you want to use bank transfer, please contact us at customer service with your order ID to get our bank information. Payments may be refused or returned, at Crafuel's sole discretion, for any reason or no reason. If we accept a pre-order of any product, your account, credit card or other payment mechanism will be charged upon approval by Crafuel, regardless of when your purchase is scheduled to ship. If a credit card dispute is issued on an order for any amount, the limited warranty for that order will be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Taxes

All applicable taxes (including sales tax) will be collected on all orders where such taxes are required to be collected.

Financing

For qualified buyers, the products can be financed through Crafuel's consumer financing partners. The qualifications necessary to finance the purchase of a product, and your rights and obligations associated with that purchase, are solely determined by the consumer finance partner. It is your responsibility to review and understand all terms and conditions associated with financing the purchase of a portable fueling station, and you hereby acknowledge that Crafuel is in no way responsible for such financing.

Refund

If you're approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 2-15 days.

Orders reported as fraud

If your order is flagged by our system as high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order and refund you. If you believe a refund was issued in error, please email us at Customer Support.
